Volunteers at SCE LOVE seniors! Do you have a sincere desire to help older people, a caring heart and time, talents or special skills to share? We’d love to have you work with us to fulfill our mission of helping seniors live independently….and our seniors will love you!
Volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization. We depend on you to help us get meals delivered each day, provide compassionate escorted transportation, assist in our office, help out with fundraisers, serve on advisory councils and on our board of directors.

Besides, service to seniors, SCE Volunteers have fun in other ways too. Our annual Volunteer Luncheon in the spring is always a great time for getting together and sharing food and fun. SCE sponsors classes and activities for volunteers as well.
There are lots of ways you can help on behalf of metro Louisville’s thousands of senior citizens.
