SeniorCare Experts is your one source agency for a customized careplan of services for your homebound patient. Whether your patient needs a little help, or a lot, we are here to support the care and rehabilitation of seniors and those with disabilities.

All information provided is protected in accordance with HIPAA requirements and the SeniorCare Experts privacy policy. Unless you specifically request that we contact the patient directly, we will always contact you first.

Because we offer a wide array of services, we can set up an economical complete home support and care plan.

Home Delivered Meals - a volunteer will deliver a freshly prepared meal and provide a check on the senior at mid-morning. The volunteer can help with the meal if needed and will call the in-office support to report any concerns.

Lifeline Medical Alert - we will set up the senior with a Lifeline medical alert pendant to insure that he or she can get help any time they are alone - 24 hours a day.

Home Care/Personal Caregiver Service - we can set up a schedule of several hours a day for a personal caregiver to arrive at the home and help the senior with personal care, bathing, companionship and possibly preparing the evening meal.

Medication Dispensing Service - This service in the home helps seniors, or anyone with complicated pill regimens, manage their medications: setting up doses in convenient cups, scheduling dose times, automated reminder messages, missed dose alerts, on-line reporting for caregivers and more. The dispensing service has a proven 98.6% adherence rate.

Transportation - our Personal Escorted Transportation (PET) program is one-of-a-kind in Jefferson County. Our volunteer drivers pick up and stay with the senior throughout the trip and back home if requested. Drives can be scheduled a week in advance. Service areas apply.

Custom plans such as this can be far more economical than round the clock in-home caregivers or nursing home residency.
