Exciting changes to our Home Delivered Meals program can easily be observed in the photo at the right featuring one of our new chef-prepared meals. This plate lunch was prepared by Chef Dwayne Delaney of Brownsboro Park Retirement Community. It includes; Veal Marsala, Brown & Wild Rice Pilaf, Steamed Fresh Asparagus, Steamed Baby Carrots, Whole Wheat Roll & Butter, Cranberry-Apple Juice, and Six Layer Bar with Pecans, Chocolate Chips & Coconut. In other parts of town, we have enlisted chefs from Masonic Home Village, Wesley Manor Retirement Community, The Catering Company of Louisville and other high quality providers for our meals. No matter where you live, rest assured SCE can deliver a delicious home-cooked meal direct to your door! Our SCE meals feature an enhanced nutrition program that stresses in-season ingredients with high protein entrees and fresh vegetables. Sugar-free desserts, Soup & Sandwich offerings, and chef salads, are also available in some areas.
